WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM?
Members and their covered spouses enrolled in Anthem and UnitedHealthcare Commercial (non-Medicare Advantage) Plan Options can participate in the Be Well SHBP well-being program and earn incentives.
The 2023 incentives do not apply to dependent children or members enrolled Kaiser Permanente and Medicare Advantage Plan Options.
Dependent children age 18+ can complete certain program activities. Please refer to the chart below to see what you can participate in.
