WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GETTING POINTS THROUGH CLAIMS VS SELF-ATTESTING TO THE PREVENTIVE SCREENING?

• For screenings completed from January 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026, points will be assigned automatically once the claim for the screening comes through.
• For screenings completed in September, October, and November 30, 2026 ONLY, members can self-attest by November 30.
• For screenings completed from January 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026, points will be assigned automatically once the claim for the screening comes through.
