Preventive screenings are a proactive approach to maintaining good health.
Preventive screenings can alert you to health issues before they become a bigger concern and can help to keep your health on track. Earn 60 points for completing up to two preventive screening exams (colonoscopy, mammogram, pap smear or prostate screening) for a maximum of 120 points total.

Key dates
Preventive screenings completed before August 31st, 2025 will be automatically rewarded through insurance claims data. If you complete a preventive screening in September, October, November and December 1, 2025, you can self-attest in your Sharecare account.
Included preventive screenings
- Colonoscopy. A colonoscopy helps detect early signs of cancer and allows your doctor to remove polyps which over time could become cancerous.
- Mammogram. A mammogram is an X-ray picture of your breast, used to look for early signs of breast cancer.
- Pap Smear. A pap smear is a procedure to test for cervical cancer in women.
- Prostate Screening. A prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test can help identify cancer early on, when treatment is most effective.
